Technical Sessions
Technical sessions run in parallel halls across both days, grouped by track. Each accepted paper is allotted a presentation slot of 12 minutes followed by 3 minutes of questions.
Session guidelines
- Presenters should report to their hall 15 minutes before the session begins.
- Online presenters must join the virtual room 10 minutes early and test audio and screen sharing.
- Session chairs keep strict time so that parallel tracks stay synchronised.
- Certificates are issued to the presenting author at the end of each session.
