Event Conduct Policy
ICADCS-2026 is committed to providing a safe, productive and welcoming environment for every participant, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor and staff member.
Expected behaviour
- Treat all participants with respect and consideration, in person and online.
- Communicate openly, with respect for differing viewpoints and experiences.
- Be mindful of your surroundings and of fellow participants.
- Follow the instructions of session chairs and venue staff.
Unacceptable behaviour
- Harassment, intimidation or discrimination in any form.
- Verbal abuse, or physical or written conduct that threatens or intimidates another person.
- Disruption of talks, sessions or other events.
- Unauthorised photography, recording or distribution of presentation material.
Reporting
Participants asked to stop unacceptable behaviour are expected to comply immediately. The organising committee may take any action it deems appropriate, including expulsion from the conference without refund.
