Visa Letter Request
Registered delegates travelling to India can request an invitation letter to support a visa application.
- A visa invitation letter is issued only after registration and payment are complete. The letter confirms participation in ICADCS-2027; it does not guarantee that a visa will be granted, and the conference cannot intervene in visa decisions.
Before you apply
- Complete your conference registration and payment.
- Keep your registration number and paper ID ready.
- Allow up to five working days for the letter to be issued.
- Apply for a conference visa through the Indian mission in your country, well ahead of travel.
